PRIMARY SCHOOL GIRLS PLAY FIRST EVER FULL CONTACT RUGBY LEAGUE GAME IN THE MANNING
Girls from primary schools in the Manning have played their first ever full contact competitive rugby league game, at the Buderus 7’s.
The year five and six students from Chatham Public and St Clares went head-to-head for a chance to make it to the Legends 7’s.
Chatham defeated their rivals 20-16.
While in the boys, Forster overcame St Joeys 20-8, to end their winning streak.
Both teams will travel to Sydney to represent the Manning in two-weeks time.
