A 19-year-old man charged over a trawler fire that led to a yacht sinking in Coffs Harbour last year has had his bail extended.
Damien Wheeler remained on the Gold Coast today after his lawyer was told the prosecution wasn’t ready to proceed with the case.
It’s alleged the teenager set fire to the trawler which then rammed into a yacht in the marina.
Wheeler will re-appear before the court early next month.
