A man has been charged over a fire which destroyed a house in Sandy Beach earlier this year.
Police allege 41-year-old Jamie Francis McMahon set fire to the two-storey brick house on Rickard Road just before 6:30pm on March 6.
Police say he was seen by a motorcyclist leaving the property just before fire crews arrived.
McMahon is also facing drug and weapons charges.
He’s been granted bail to reappear before Coffs Harbour Local Court next Monday.
