Any hopes the Port Macquarie Magpies had of defending their North Coast AFL premiership title have been shattered after a thumping from Sawtell Toormina over the weekend.

The Saints had an impressive 87-point win over the Magpies in the preliminary final.

They’ll meet the Coffs Harbour Swans in the grand final on Saturday.
