ADAMSTOWN BOY HONOURED FOR SAVING HIS MUM

A 12-year-old boy from Adamstown has been honoured for his effort in saving his heavily pregnant mother.
Zac Magill called triple zero in December last year, after his Mum, Aimee, collapsed in the bathroom due to complications with her pregnancy.
Zac, who was at home with his younger brother, gave his name and address to the operator which allowed paramedics to respond quickly.
He was today presented with the New South Wales Ambulance Star Award.
Below is a snippet of Zac’s call to emergency services. Tune in to NBN News at 6pm for more details.
