A former Rural Fire Service volunteer, who pleaded guilty to lighting several fires at Lake Macquarie last year, is now facing an additional five charges.
Alex Gordon Noble appeared in Newcastle Local Court today, where five counts of “intentionally cause fire and be reckless as to its spread”, was added.
Noble is due to reappear in court on October 8.
