WEATHER UPDATE: WINTER’S COMING BACK

Get ready for a very mild night with a hint of Summer in the air for north east NSW and south east QLD ahead of a cold, wintry blast that will sweep in across the Hunter, North West and Mid North Coast tomorrow morning.

There’s lots of cold air in this system so the rain will fall as snow drops on the higher peaks of the Northern Ranges and Barringtons.

The temperature drop will be around 10 degrees so it will feel a lot more like winter than spring for the next few days.
