WEATHER UPDATE: HOT BEFORE THE RAIN

Tomorrow is going to get very warm as the northerly winds kick in ahead of an approaching rain bearing system.

Northerly winds will build and that will help drive up the temperature across the broadcast region.

Cloud will increase to the west at the end of the day and the rain will start to move in on Thursday with storms likely.

The system will move through quickly, clearing from most of the region by Friday night.
