TAREE SHOWCASE ON THIS FRIDAY AND SUNDAY

A 15-year-old multi-award winning pianist will be one of the headline acts at this year’s Taree Showcase.
It will be the first time Thomas Sang from Cundletown has performed at the event.
“I’ll be playing two pieces, one of them is Chopin’s most famous nocturne in c sharp minor and one of Clementi’s lesser famous sonatas and that’s in b flat major.”
The variety program will be made up of 15 acts, including dancing, singing, music and drama.
The performers will hit the stage at the Manning Entertainment Centre on Friday night, with a second performance at the Tuncurry Bowling Club on Sunday.
This is the showcase’s fourth year – all funds raised will go to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
