A teenager has been charged over the indecent assault of a five-year-old girl in Coffs Harbour last month.
Police allege the 15 year old approached the child in a playground of a fast-food restaurant on Park Beach Road on October 11.
Following an investigation by the Child Abuse Squad, the boy was arrested yesterday and charged with indecent assault of a child.
He’s been released on conditional bail.
