Disgraced former Detective Peter Betts has fronted court on drugs charges.
The 48 year old apologised to his family and friends.
Betts is alleged to have been in possession of steroids and ecstasy.
He was involved in Operation Kilo Fraction, one of the largest drug investigations on the Coast, back in April this year.
Betts successfully had his case moved to Brisbane Magistrates court , to be heard on December 4.
