Police are appealing for information following a serious assault in the north west yesterday.
A 28-year-old man was walking towards Rose Street at Wee Waa at around 12:30am, when he was punched in the back of the head, by a person who hasn’t been identified.
He was taken to Wee Waa Hospital before being transferred to Tamworth Base, with a fractured skull, fractured cheekbone and bruising.
