Former Wallabies captain David Pocock has been given a formal warning by the ARU, after his arrest at a weekend protest at the Maules Creek mine in north west New South Wales.
Pocock chained himself to machinery during a blockade of the site.
He has been charged, and is due to face court in Narrabri in January.
