A woman has suffered severe cuts to her hand after being attacked by two dogs on the Central Coast this afternoon.
Witnesses say the 55-year-old was walking her dog through a park in Kanwal when the animals lunged at her pet, before turning on her.
She was taken to Wyong hospital in a stable condition.
