Another well rested local athlete who is ready to hit the ground running is hulking Gold Coast Titan Ryan James.
After a season-ending shoulder surgery in July this year, the 23-year-old is hoping 2015 will be his year to shine.
But until preseason training starts, he’s spending time at home in Bundaberg.
