It may still be a couple of weeks away but the first campers have starting rolling into Tamworth ahead of the annual Country Music Festival.
Jan and Bluey O’Lachlan have been coming for 15 years.
They got in early to take-up prime position at the Riverside Camping Grounds.
And they’ve got plenty planned over the next few weeks.
“till the end of the month we fill our time up with fishing, drinking telling lies and dodging me missus and I just come for the festival,” the pair said.
The festival officially kicks off on January 16.
