The Minister for Environment, Rob Stokes inspected the new boat ramp at the Taree Old Bar Surf Life Saving Club on Monday.
The existing ramp had been badly damaged by storms in September, and life savers and emergency service crews were unable to take vehicles onto the beach.

The $5000 ramp was installed last Friday.
