INVESTIGATION CONTINUES INTO WEST GOSFORD MURDER
Police have released an image of a vehicle, believed to have been used in the murder of a Central Coast man last year.
29-year-old Laurie Starling was shot out the front of his West Gosford business on July 24.
Detectives believe the car is a silver or grey 2013 model Toyota Corolla hatchback.
It was captured on CCTV travelling towards Narara, before heading to Sydney soon after Mr Starling was murdered.
Police say at least three men of Caucasian appearance and aged in their late 20s to early 30s were involved in the shooting.
“We have reason to believe the men are members of an outlaw motorcycle gang and are likely from Sydney,” said Detective Inspector Grant Taylor.
“Although we already have some very strong leads, I believe the release of this image will bring us closer to finding those responsible for Mr Starling’s death,” he said.
Anyone with information should contact police.
