INJURY WON’T STOP OLYMPIC DREAM

Taree gymnast Amelia James narrowly missed out on competing in the National Club Gymnastics Championships in Canberra, after sustaining a knee injury.
The 18-year-old went to the capital last month, but fell from the beam during a practice session.
Despite missing out on the championships, her dream of making it to the London games is still alive, with the National team trials in May.
Following her recovery, James will head to Sydney for full-time training.
