Australia’s Matt Hall has missed out on a maiden Air Race win by the narrowest of margins.
After making the final four, the Australian was in the box seat.
“No penalties and that currently holds you in first place.”
But Hall was eventually beaten by England’s Paul Bonhomme by just point zero eight seconds.
“I never thought I’d say that I’d have a pang of disappointment coming second but to be so close to my first win, but it’s a great way to start the season.”
