Port Macquarie’s indoor sport stadium is now one step closer after council moved to sign a “heads of agreement” with the PCYC during last night’s council meeting.
The decision follows lengthy negotiations between the two bodies about who would manage the facility.
The multi-million dollar development will host a range of sporting and community events.
Two full-time police officers will be provided to staff the club and support the local command.
