Organisers have been forced to postpone Easter Monday’s Lasiandra Cup at Wauchope Jockey Club due to a waterlogged track.
The racecourse was inspected by stewards yesterday afternoon, but was deemed too unsafe for the meet.
Parts of the track remain flooded due to recent heavy rainfall.
Officials hope the meeting will be moved to April 18.
