DETECTIVES GO INTERSTATE AND OVERSEAS TO SOLVE CARLY MCBRIDE DISAPPEARANCE
On September 30 last year Lake Macquarie woman Carly McBride was dropped off at an address in Muswellbrook by her partner. She was there to visit her three-year-old daughter.
The 31-year-old left the home to visit a McDonald’s store. She was last seen on Calgaroo Road in Muswellbrook around 2pm that day.
Two searches involving dozens of officers and police dogs in the area have failed to find any trace. The police now say she met with foul play.
Detective Inspector Timothy Seymour says the homicide investigation is ongoing.
“There’s a lot of work going on the in the background. We have followed up enquiries both interstate and overseas,” he said.
A special facebook page set up to help find Carly has marked six months since her disappearance with an impassioned plea for information.

Carly was due to celebrate her 32nd birthday tomorrow.
