Another video has emerged of the bashing of a father at Charlestown this week.
42-year-old Tibor Racsits was collecting his daughter from the movies at Charlestown Square when he was provoked by a gang of teenagers. He is taunted by several teenagers but continues trying to walk away.
A melee broke out and Mr Racsits was kicked and punched while on the ground. His wallet and phone were stolen.
He and his daughter suffered only minor injuries.
A 15-year-old will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
