THIEVES STEAL VITAL EQUIPMENT FROM SES

Visiting SES volunteers in the Hunter have been dealt a low blow, with thieves stealing thousands of dollars worth of equipment overnight.
The crews, from NSW and the ACT, are in the area to help clean up after last week’s devastating storms.
They were staying at a hotel in Cessnock when their trucks were broken into last night.
Around $3,000 worth of chainsaws and pumps were stolen from four vehicles.
The crews will be re-stocked with borrowed equipment from other units so they can continue their clean up work.
In a former member of SA SES this is a low blow sorry to hear this has happened hope they catch them cheers for all the work you guys do
