Two men have been refused bail, following an assault and robbery at Inverell.
Police allege the men punched and kicked a 40-year-old man in Campbell Park several times at around 2:30pm yesterday, before taking his wallet and running away.
The pair, aged 36 and 47, was arrested in the town an hour later and then charged with robbery in company.
They’ll face Moree Local Court tomorrow.
