Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall resumed his role as Acting Speaker of the state Legislative Assembly today.
Mr Marshall was originally appointed to the position in May last year, but resigned nearly two months later following a mid-range drink driving conviction.
The reappointment will see him chair debates and business sessions during parliamentary sittings, when the speaker is absent.
