ROBERTSON TO CONDUCT HUNTER POST MORTEM

Just over two weeks since Labor was trounced at the State Election, new leader John Robertson is coming his party’s heartland to survey the damage.
Labor lost the seats of Newcastle, Charlestown, Maitland and Swansea in the March poll and John Robertson wants to see first hand, why.
He’s calling it his “Go back to basics in the Hunter” tour, and it starts at the Swansea Men’s Shed at Blacksmiths.
He’ll be joined by his deputy and Minister for the Hunter Linda Burney.
They’ll also visit Charlestown, Newcastle and Maitland to hear directly from locals about the issues that affect them.
