A man has been charged following a spate of break-ins.
Between January 31 and March 1, multiple homes and vehicles were broken into around Armidale and Guyra.
A 19-year-old man allegedly proceeded to steal property from the homes and set the vehicles on fire.
He was arrested on Sunday and charged with multiple offences.
The teenager will front Armidale Court on March 16.
