A significant inland rain event is on the way with good falls expected to come down across the North West over the next couple of days.
The whole system is slow moving and big.
Desert rains have already been falling on the Red Centre as the system moves eastward.
It will clear by Thursday but coastal showers will continue into the weekend as the low moves offshore.
