ANOTHER ARMED HOLD-UP IN COFFS HARBOUR
There’s been yet another armed hold-up in Coffs Harbour, taking the tally to three in as many weeks.
Just after 5.30 yesterday afternoon, two men armed with knives entered the Liberty Service Station at Sapphire.
They threatened a 21-year-old male attendant, who then handed over cash.
Police are appealing for some leads from the public.
“We’ll keep an open mind to what has happened previously and what’s going on at the moment,” said Acting Inspector Lee Thomas.
Police are still on the hunt for the men, after an extensive search of the area failed to locate the pair.
