Police say a random drug driving operation across the region has shown some concerning results.
More than 80 drivers in Kempsey, Port Macquarie and Wauchope were found to be under the influence of drugs.
The findings come as part of the state wide Operation Saturation, which has been introduced to reduce the road toll.
