With water restrictions in place throughout the North West, residents now have access to a device that can halve the amount of water used while showering.
Tamworth Regional Council is promoting the use of an ‘Oxijet’ in a bid to conserve more water.
“I’ve spoken to about ten people in Tamworth over the last two days and eight out of those 10 people do not have restrictors in their shower heads, so they’re using from anywhere from 18 to 26 litres per minute.”
