PUPPY INQUIRY BEGINS IN ARMIDALE

The first public hearing on commercial pet breeding in NSW began in Armidale today.
Parliamentary Secretary, Scot MacDonald is in Armidale as the inquiry looks in to Companion Animal Breeding Practices in new South Wales.
Northern Tablelands MP, Adam Marshall is also part of the Joint Select Committee.
“We need to make sure that improved regulation of the breeding industry delivers better outcomes for both the public who are its customers, and for breeders and retailers,” Mr Marshall said.
