ELIZABETH EDMUNDS EXPECTED TO ENTER PLEA SOON

A Hunter woman accused of faking ovarian cancer to get donation money, is expected to enter a plea in two weeks.

Elizabeth Edmunds didn’t appear before Belmont Local Court today, and an agent acting for her solicitor told the court she’s relocated to the Gold Coast.

The case was adjourned to give police and solicitors more time to discuss the matter.

It’s alleged the 31-year-old received more than $2,000 in donations late last year.
