A 31-year-old man is dead after his car slammed into trees at Freemans Waterhole this morning.
The driver was heading east along Cessnock Drive when he failed to negotiate a right hand bend.
The car crossed onto the wrong side of the road before crashing.
The 31-year-old was the sole occupant of the Holden Commodore, and died instantly.
