A $50,000 grant from the Department of Environment and Climate Change will allow a clean-up of an illegal dumping ground on Aboriginal land at Warnervale to go ahead.
It’s thanks to a partnership between Wyong Council and the Darkinjung Land Council, set up by Cultural Heritage and Conservation officer Craig Foreshew.
Part of the funding will also enable security at the site to be stepped up.
