Quirindi rugby union product Sam Carter has missed out on selection in Australia’s World Cup squad.
After being a regular in the Wallabies line-up last year, the second rower hasn’t played since May after suffering a knee injury while representing the A-C-T Brumbies.
In positive news, he’ll make his comeback tomorrow when the New South Wales Country Eagles play the Greater Sydney Rams in the first round of the National Rugby Championships.
