The next stage of Tamworth hospital’s redevelopment is about to begin with the awarding of the tender for the Ambulatory Care Centre.
Richard Crookes Construction will build the new centre on the lower level of the Bruderlin Building.
It’ll combine the majority of outpatient clinics in the one location, including the renal unit and paediatric clinic.
The work will also include a minor refurbishment of the historic 1883 building.
