They were at the forefront of the April storms, but now it’s the SES who’s asking for help.
They’ve put the call out for new volunteers to join the service.
“Our numbers fluctuate from time to time – people leave, and people have other commitments. And we’d like to build our numbers up a little bit as well, because those April storms put a lot of strain on the volunteers that we did have available.”
An information session is being held on Wednesday night at 7pm at the Wyong SES Centre.
