RAINBOW CAFE PLANS ON EXHIBITION

Nimbin’s iconic Rainbow Cafe, is one step closer to rising from the ashes.
Destroyed by fire in 2014 – the original Cullen Street spot was frequented by locals and tourists.
Plans to rebuild the popular hub have just been placed on public exhibition.
If approved – they will see two neighbouring buildings demolished, and a larger 50 seat venue built in their place.
Lismore Council’s accepting public feedback on the proposal, until April 12.
