JOHN ROSENABUM TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM AS MAYOR
The possibility of amalgamation along with future mining developments in Gloucester are expected to be the major challenges faced by John Rosenbaum as he undertakes another twelve months as mayor.
It follows his re-election to the top job today.
“Normally 12 months out from the re-election of councillors I would have stepped down but because of the circumstances of what’s been happening in local government I thought it would be important for me to be there,” Mr Rosenbaum said.
Mayor Rosenbaum was elected with a 5 to 2 majority.
