MIXED RESULTS AT ROYAL RANDWICK FOR TAMWORTH HORSE TRAINERS

It was a mixed day at Royal Randwick for three Tamworth horse trainers, with Sue Grills’ trained gelding ‘Burning Crown’ scratched at the barrier in the Highway Handicap.

Meanwhile, jumping from barrier one was ‘Screen Shot’ for Cody Morgan.

The four-year-old gelding leading early before being run down in the closing stages, to finish third.

Later on, ‘Handle The Truth’ won The Kosciuszko, with Tamworth galloper Suncraze finishing in 13th position for Melanie O’Gorman.
