A three-year-old from an Erina Childcare Centre has tested positive to COVID-19.
The child last attended Woodport Early Learning Centre on March 16.
The infant and its family are in isolation at home.
Authorities say the source of infection is unknown.
All close contacts, including those from the centre, have been advised to self-isolate.
Central Coast Health says there is no ongoing public health risk.
