Warialda is set to host next year’s National Shearing and Wool Handling Show.
It’s been six years since the small town secured the rights to stage Australia’s premier shearing show.
Organisers have received a $2,000 grant from the state government to assist with the cost of hosting such an event.
The three-day show will be held during the first weekend of October next year.
