Budding basketballers were given tips from some of the best in the sport in Taree today.
Brisbane Spartans star Yusuf Qaafow didn’t waste any time teaching the next generation positional plays, while highlighting the importance of working as a team.
It’s hoped the workshops will help increase the popularity of the sport locally.
Today’s training camp comes ahead of a new competition getting underway in October, which targets schools in Taree.
