Coffs Harbour’s former police station and courthouse will soon go under the hammer.
It was built in the 1960’s and was decommissioned following the completion of a state of the art justice precinct on the Pacific Highway earlier in the year.
The site is expected to attract significant interest from developers, when it goes to auction on October 27.
