Police have charged three men and a teenager over a robbery in Armidale last night.
Just before midnight four people, including one armed with a knife, allegedly threatened staff at a shopping complex on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
As part of a planned operation, police were waiting within the complex and arrested the group.
All four were refused bail and will reappear in court on October 21.
