FOUR AIRLIFTED IN SERIOUS CENTRAL COAST HEAD ON

Four people, including two children, have been airlifted to various hospitals, following a serious head on crash at Kulnura on the Central Coast this morning.

A Mazda sedan, with a four-year-old girl, two-year-old boy and male driver, collided with a Mazda utility at about 6.30 on George Downes Drive near the intersection of Springs Road.

The children were removed from the wreckage by a member of the public, while the driver was freed by a local volunteer rescue group.

All three were airlifted to Sydney Hospitals.

The male driver of the utility was found on the road, before being taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment.
