Four maths whizzes have been awarded for their finesse with figures, finishing equal first in an annual maths competition.
The students competed against 18,000 others from schools right across New South Wales.
The ‘Newcastle Permanent Primary School Maths Competition’ has been running for 35 years and challenges students, by not allowing them to use calculators or rulers to complete the test.
